  • A summary of all requests will be provided to customer management for review on a weekly basis

As part of the Managed Services engagement, a value add Focal Point offers all customers is proactive monitoring of the SharePoint environment to minimize end user impact in the event an issue occurs and to also provide statistical analysis of the SharePoint environment usage over time.
